I, Stefano Tavani, developed Field3Dnotes as an independent tool for 3D digital geological mapping. This service is provided at no cost and is designed for standalone field use.
1. Data Collection and Usage
I do not collect, store, track, or transmit any personally identifiable information, usage analytics, or personal data to external servers or third parties.
2. Device Permissions
Field3Dnotes may request access to specific device capabilities solely to operate locally on site:
- Location Services (GPS): Used exclusively in real-time to render your current position on 3D terrain models. Location data is processed on-device and is never transmitted or shared.
- Camera & Microphone: Used solely to capture georeferenced photos and audio notes linked directly to your local field projects.
3. Data Storage
All projects, 3D models, orientation measurements, digitizing records, and multimedia notes created within Field3Dnotes remain stored strictly locally on your device.
4. Third-Party Frameworks
This application does not integrate third-party advertising SDKs, analytics frameworks, or tracking tools.
